VRT Media, brainchild of Vincent R. Taylor, recognized a need and opportunity for a minority owned production company in the areas of commercial, TV, film, internet, and digital-based media. Considering the expanding reach of media, in 2000, we positioned ourselves for growth in all areas. It wasn’t long before our first project, "Bob Franks for New Jersey Senate", walked in the door. Producing for Barry Vetere, partner of the world renown MVSBM Agency, VRT Media won kudos for its swift turn-around and top quality execution.
We immediately started work in another area – a corporate image piece for the website OnHealth.com. Slated as a simple piece for a managers’ meeting, the product far exceeded expectations, and hundreds of copies were struck for the media-hungry sales staff. At the same time, we were developing scripts for VH-1, which was initiating long-form programming. We created several treatments and eventually placed Limelight, written by Victor Colichio (Summer of Sam) and based on the remarkable story of Peter Gatien, the undisputed Club King of New York City.
Advertising continued: Public Service Announcements with Michael J. Fox, with production and direction for U.N. Netaid with GMMB & A & Associates for President David Moorer’s homage to 2000 Nobel Peace Prize recipient South Korean President KimDae-Jung as well as a corporate image piece for Chase Bank.
Vincent Taylor is also a member of the Directors Guild of America East and a proud member of Teamsters Local 817.
With the Chase Bank project, we began a relationship with Harvey Butler, VP of Diversity, who has supported VRT Multimedia by creating networking opportunities. In VRT Multimedia’s second year we extended our production and post production capabilities with a project for Data Industries. We began a pilot with Barry Vetere for the production of a children’s network. Additionally, we completed a production for Breakstone: Station Domination, and filmed, using multiple cameras at the Path Station beneath the World Trade Centers for the J. Walter Thompson Agency. Other clients include WebMD, Anderson Cooper receiving the Mickey Leland Humanitarian Award, SAG Latino Legacy Awards Honoring Dick Wolf, JP Morgan and Chase, and Met- Life.
Sincerely,
Vincent R. Taylor

As a producer with major advertising agency for the past 12 years I’ve had the privilege of working with the best production companies out there in the United States and abroad. Professionalism and talent are the two most important element required to make a project successful from a production stand point. VRT Multimedia came to my attention through a recommendation from Miller Brewing Company. I haven’t much knowledge of their work but soon became very aware of the scope of great work they have produced and eventually produce for me on the Kraft Breakstone project I assigned them.
Our projects were of the smaller nature for our agency most producers at the agency and our expectations were to create a good job. After all, it was one of those projects most producers at the agency really didn’t want to do. However. I personally went on the shoot at the Word Trade Center and work with VRT. Vincent Taylor and his crew shooting incredible amount footage for us and handled the staff of the World Trade Center better than even the agency‘s own contacts. All this is done in the most professional manner. I had no idea the amount of equipment and the amount of fantastic footage we were about to receive for this project .I felt as though VRT had been working with advertising agency for many years already.VRT knew the agency was coming into the project with high creative expectations and very little money, but somehow seemed to pull it all off wonderfully. We now have so much footage, it hard to decide exactly what to use. Thanks to VRT, our client will be very happy and moreover, very surprised to receive such incredibly nice shots of their product. Though, we shot our project on video, I am confident that VRT‘s knowledge of film shooting is extensive and rival other production companies. I would highly recommend you to consider strongly VRT for future projects. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Sincerely,

I began working with Vincent Taylor at VRT Media when I was introduced by my client (J. P. Morgan Chase) as a result of their Diversity Supplier Initiative. I was the Director of Global Diversity at the Interpublic Group of Companies. After some excellent production work for our agencies and clients, I hired Vincent to shoot a piece for the Screen Actors Guild’s Latino Legacy In Hollywood Award presentation to Law & Order’s creator, Dick Wolf. VRT is a go-to production company for shoots in and around New York City. I have worked with Vincent and his crew several times on high-profile projects and they are always incredibly professional. His talent and knowledge is a huge asset on set. They helped us overcome the inevitable production issues calmly and quickly and the footage always looked great. I highly recommend Vincent and his team.
Since its inception, VRT Media has covered premieres, interviews and specialty shoots. Always professional, always reliable and always suggesting new ways to up the ante, VRT Media is a go-to crew for your production needs. I would recommend you contact VRT Media when you are in need of updating your internal or external communication via broadcast on networks or the web. Vincent and his team always come in and bring the production value to a new level by sharing fresh ideas and offering guidance throughout the process. Working more like an agency than a production company, they are able to give insight on the new styles of shooting and editing that would appeal most to viewers. They follow up by executing a plan and delivering an excellent final product. This is a vendor that I continue to learn from and look forward to working with on many future projects.
I look forward to working with Vincent and VRT Media in the near future.
